She Lifts Studio in Wapadrand, Pretoria offers strength-focused personal and group training for women of all fitness levels. We provide a supportive, motivating environment with 40–60 minute sessions, including mom-and-child classes with a play area. Our goal is to help women build confidence, strength, and consistency—one session at a time.
